01What it is
Dermal fillers at Sikara utilize bio-compatible hyaluronic acid gels to restore lost deep structural support, smooth hollows, and soften deep facial folds. As facial bone density and fat pads diminish over time, hyaluronic acid placed at precise anatomical depths restores youthful contours and natural light reflection without looking overfilled or frozen.
It is ideal for under-eye tear troughs, cheek enhancement, nasolabial folds, chin definition, and lip volume. Dermatologist-led micro-cannula placement ensures conservative volume restoration, smooth integration with facial tissue, and high anatomical safety.
02A session, step by step
Structural facial analysis
Your dermatologist assesses facial proportions, dynamics, and volume depletion to outline precise, natural injection entry points.
Numbing and sterile prep
Topical numbing cream is applied to entry points, and the skin is thoroughly disinfected with antiseptic wash.
Precision volume placement
Hyaluronic acid gel is placed carefully into targeted structural planes using fine needles or blunt micro-cannulas for patient comfort.
Contour shaping and review
: The filler is gently molded into smooth alignment, post-care guidance is reviewed, and a 2-week review appointment is scheduled.
03Aftercare
- Apply broad-spectrum SPF 50+ daily to protect treated skin.
- Do not massage, press, or rub the treated facial areas for 48 hours unless explicitly advised.
- Avoid heavy exercise, hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, and alcohol for 24 to 48 hours.
- Keep your head elevated during sleep for the first night to minimize transient swelling.
- Avoid facial massages, dental procedures, and facial treatments for 2 weeks post-procedure.
Following the aftercare is part of the treatment. The outcome depends on it as much as on the sittings themselves.
Start with a consultation.
A dermatologist examines you, confirms whether this is right for you, and sets the plan before anything is booked.
