Two people can walk in with the same marks on their face and need completely different treatment. One has hormonal acne, the other has a barrier damaged by the wrong products. We examine your skin or scalp, take a proper history, and only then write a plan. Nothing is sold before a diagnosis.
Diagnosis comes first
No treatment is booked before a doctor has looked properly, with a dermatoscope where it helps. That is not a formality, it is the whole job.
The machine is not the treatment
Anyone can buy a laser. Knowing the setting for your skin type, and knowing when not to use it at all, is what you are actually paying for.
You should still look like yourself
We aim for skin that looks well, not skin that looks worked on. Nobody should be able to tell where you have been.
We will tell you what will not work
Some concerns need time, some need medicine, some need nothing at all. We would rather send you home than sell you a package.

A proper look at the skin or scalp, with a dermatoscope where it helps, plus your history and your blood work if the case calls for it.
Plan
A written plan. How many sittings, how far apart, what it costs in total, and what you should expect at each stage.
Treat
Sittings are carried out by the clinical team with the doctor reviewing progress between them, and the plan adjusted as your skin responds.
Maintain
What you do at home decides how long the work holds. We tell you exactly what to use, what to skip, and when to come back.
