01What it is
Arms Laser Hair Reduction provides comprehensive hair reduction for forearms, upper arms, or full arms—including wrists and hands. Arm hair varies in density and texture across different zones, requiring precise energy calibration to treat coarse upper-arm follicles as effectively as fine forearm hair.
Planned as a structured multi-session course following a mandatory preliminary safety patch test, this treatment utilizes advanced laser systems with built-in contact cooling. It eliminates the need for frequent waxing and shaving, preventing strawberry skin, ingrown hairs, and friction bumps while restoring smooth, touchable skin.
02A session, step by step
Arm mapping & patch test review
Your clinical specialist assesses hair density across forearm and upper arm zones, confirms patch test clearance, and maps out the treatment areas.
Surface prep & contact cooling
Surface hair is neatly trimmed and a generous layer of chilling gel is applied across the arm zones to protect skin and ensure maximum comfort.
Glide-pass laser delivery
Calibrated laser passes sweep systematically over forearms, elbow contours, and upper arms to target active hair follicles deep within the skin.
Cleanse, hydrate & UV shield
The gel is wiped clean, a calming post-laser moisturizer is applied, and exposed arm areas are sealed with broad-spectrum SPF 50+.
03Aftercare
- Apply broad-spectrum SPF 50+ daily to exposed arm skin to prevent hyperpigmentation during your course.
- Do not wax, pluck, or epilate between sittings; surface shaving between visits is permitted.
- Pause physical body scrubs, chemical exfoliants (AHAs/BHAs), and harsh soaps for 48 hours post-laser.
- Avoid direct sun exposure, saunas, hot showers, and intense workouts for 24 hours.
- Keep arms deeply hydrated using a mild, clinician-recommended body moisturizer.
Following the aftercare is part of the treatment. The outcome depends on it as much as on the sittings themselves.
