01What it is

MNRF (Microneedling Radiofrequency) combines insulated or non-insulated gold-plated micro-needles with fractionated radiofrequency thermal energy to target both superficial skin texture and deep structural laxity simultaneously. The mechanical micro-bores create controlled physical stimulation while RF thermal pulses coagulate deep dermal tissue, triggering robust collagen and elastin synthesis.

It is ideal for acne scarring, enlarged pores, early jowling, fine neck lines, and skin sagging. Dermatologist-led depth and energy calibration ensures precise thermal delivery to deeper dermal layers while fully protecting the outer epidermal barrier.

02A session, step by step

01

Skin assessment and topical numbing

Your dermatologist evaluates targeted zones and applies a prescription-strength topical numbing cream for 30 to 45 minutes to ensure full comfort.

02

Cleansing and sterile mapping

Numbing cream is thoroughly wiped away, skin is sanitized with antiseptic, and treatment grids are mapped.

03

Micro-channel RF delivery

Precision micro-needles deliver controlled RF energy passes across target depths to stimulate collagen remodeling.

04

Calming and barrier seal

A soothing post-procedure cooling gel, growth factor serum, and broad-spectrum SPF 50+ are applied to protect treated skin.

03Aftercare

  • Apply broad-spectrum SPF 50+ daily to protect regenerating skin layers.
  • Keep skin hydrated with a gentle, dermatologist-recommended barrier repair cream.
  • Allow tiny micro-crusts to slough off naturally; strictly do not pick, scrub, or scratch treated skin.
  • Pause retinoids, active AHA/BHA exfoliants, and physical scrubs for 7 days post-treatment.
  • Avoid direct sun exposure, saunas, steam rooms, and intense thermal workouts for 48 hours.

Following the aftercare is part of the treatment. The outcome depends on it as much as on the sittings themselves.
