01What it is
Underarm Laser Hair Reduction targets coarse hair roots in the axillary zone to deliver long-term smoothness while eliminating chronic shaving irritation, razor bumps, and shadow pigmentation. Because underarm skin is delicate and prone to friction, laser energy parameters are carefully calibrated to neutralize hair follicles without irritating the surrounding skin.
Conducted as a planned multi-session course starting with a mandatory safety patch test, this treatment utilizes active contact cooling to ensure high comfort. Over time, the hair becomes significantly thinner and sparser, leaving underarms clear, soft, and low-maintenance.
02A session, step by step
Underarm assessment & patch test review
Your clinical specialist examines the skin condition, verifies your safety patch test response, and maps the treatment area.
Surface prep & contact cooling
Underarm hair is neatly trimmed and a layer of chilling gel is applied to protect the skin and absorb surface heat.
Targeted laser pulses
Calibrated laser pulses sweep across the axillary vault, delivering energy deep into active hair roots.
Cleanse & soothe
The gel is wiped away and a soothing, anti-inflammatory barrier cream is applied to calm the area.
03Aftercare
- Avoid applying deodorants, antiperspirants, or perfume sprays for 24 hours post-treatment.
- Do not wax, pluck, or epilate between sittings; surface shaving between visits is permitted.
- Avoid hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, and sweat-inducing workouts for 24 to 48 hours.
- Wear loose, breathable cotton clothing to prevent friction and sweat buildup around the underarms.
- Keep the area hydrated with a mild, clinician-recommended soothing moisturizer.
Following the aftercare is part of the treatment. The outcome depends on it as much as on the sittings themselves.
