01What it is

Skin Exosome Therapy uses cell-signaling extracellular vesicles packed with growth factors, messenger RNA, and peptides to jumpstart deep cellular repair. Unlike traditional topical serums that sit on dead surface skin, exosomes communicate directly with damaged dermal cells, accelerating collagen synthesis and reinforcing barrier integrity.

It is ideal for compromised skin barriers, post-procedure healing, fine lines, and persistent dullness. Your dermatologist evaluates your skin condition before adding exosomes to your treatment plan to ensure your skin is in the optimal state to receive regenerative signals.

02A session, step by step

01

Assess and prepare

Your dermatologist evaluates your skin barrier health and prepares the area with a deep, medical-grade cleanse.

02

Micro-channeling

Ultra-fine micro-channels are gently created in the superficial dermal layer to ensure immediate, deep delivery.

03

Exosome infusion

Highly concentrated regenerative exosomes are applied across the micro-channels to initiate cellular signal transfer.

04

Barrier seal

A cooling, bio-cellulose recovery mask is applied to calm transient redness and lock in the active repair signals.

03Aftercare

  • Keep the treated area clean and dry; avoid washing your face for 6 hours post-treatment.
  • Apply broad-spectrum SPF 50+ daily to protect regenerating skin cells.
  • Pause strong prescription retinoids, chemical exfoliants (AHAs/BHAs), and physical facial scrubs for 3 days.
  • Avoid strenuous workouts, saunas, steam rooms, and heavy sweating for 24 hours.
  • Use a gentle, doctor-recommended barrier repair moisturizer to keep skin calm and hydrated.

Following the aftercare is part of the treatment. The outcome depends on it as much as on the sittings themselves.
