01What it is

The Fire & Ice Facial at Sikara is an intensive clinical treatment designed to rapidly and safely resurface the skin. It bridges the gap between a mild spa facial and an invasive chemical peel, combining active botanical warmth with soothing hydration to reduce fine lines, smooth texture, and encourage cellular renewal.

It is ideal for dull complexions, rough surface texture, mild congestion, and instant pre-event radiance. Dermatologist-led monitoring ensures active resurfacing solutions are carefully balanced for your specific skin sensitivity.

02A session, step by step

01

Intensive "Fire" resurfacing

An active botanical masque containing pharmaceutical-grade glycolic acid, citric acid, malic acid, retinol, and niacinamide is applied to warm the skin, stimulate micro-circulation, and loosen dead epidermal cells.

02

Neutralize and clear

The warming masque is neutralized and rinsed away, leaving skin thoroughly prepped and cleared of surface debris.

03

Soothing "Ice" rejuvenation

A rejuvenating, cooling masque rich in hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, green tea extract, and rosemary is applied to calm warmth, reduce redness, and flood the skin with deep hydration.

04

Serum and SPF shield

Advanced antioxidant serums, a lightweight moisturizer, and broad-spectrum SPF 50+ are applied to lock in your glow.

03Aftercare

  • Apply broad-spectrum SPF 50+ daily to shield freshly resurfaced skin.
  • Pause retinoids, active chemical exfoliants, and physical scrubs for 48 hours.
  • Keep skin hydrated with a gentle, non-comedogenic moisturizer.
  • Avoid direct sun exposure, saunas, steam rooms, and intense thermal workouts for 24 hours.
  • Wash face with a gentle, sulfate-free cleanser.

Following the aftercare is part of the treatment. The outcome depends on it as much as on the sittings themselves.
