01What it is

Lipolytic Injections deliver targeted, fat-dissolving compounds into localized submental and facial fat deposits to sculpt and define structural contours. The solution disrupts adipocyte cell membranes, causing localized fat breakdown; naturally released lipids are then cleared gradually through the body's lymphatic system over subsequent weeks.

It is ideal for double chins, stubborn submental fullness, heavy lower cheeks, and defining a blurred jawline. Dermatologist-led mapping ensures precise anatomical targeting, preserving surrounding nerve structures while delivering sharp, sculpted facial contouring.

02A session, step by step

01

Anatomical evaluation and mapping

Your dermatologist evaluates fat distribution and marks specific injection grid points across the target submental or facial zone.

02

Cleansing and topical numbing

The treatment zone is thoroughly disinfected and chilled or numbed to ensure maximum comfort during administration.

03

Targeted micro-injections

Lipolytic solution is delivered evenly into the subcutaneous fat layer across the mapped grid points using ultra-fine needles.

04

Soothe and review

A calming anti-inflammatory balm and broad-spectrum SPF 50+ are applied, followed by localized post-care guidance.

03Aftercare

  • Apply broad-spectrum SPF 50+ daily to protect treated skin.
  • Maintain generous daily water intake to assist the natural clearance of lipid byproducts.
  • Avoid massage, firm compression, or excessive manipulation of treated areas for 5 to 7 days.
  • Avoid strenuous workouts, heavy physical exertion, saunas, and steam rooms for 48 hours.
  • Avoid alcohol and excessive sodium intake for 3 to 5 days to help minimize post-procedure swelling.

Following the aftercare is part of the treatment. The outcome depends on it as much as on the sittings themselves.
