01What it is
PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) Skin Booster is an injectable bio-revitalizing treatment derived from purified DNA fragments that stimulate cellular repair and dermal regeneration. Functioning as a tissue repair activator, PDRN binds to adenosine A2A receptors to trigger fibroblast proliferation, enhance extracellular matrix synthesis, promote angiogenesis, and calm dermal inflammation.
It is ideal for thin, dehydrated, elastotic skin, fine crepey lines, acne scar repair, and compromised barrier function. Dermatologist-led micro-papular mesotherapy technique delivers PDRN directly into the middle dermis to restore structural elasticity and deep, long-lasting hydration.
02A session, step by step
Dermal assessment and numbing
Your dermatologist evaluates skin thinness and barrier health before applying a topical numbing cream for 30 to 45 minutes.
Cleansing and sterile prep
Numbing cream is removed, and target areas are sanitized with a gentle clinical antiseptic wash.
Precision micro-mesotherapy
High-purity PDRN solution is delivered across targeted dermal layers using ultra-fine micro-injections in a uniform papular grid.
Calming barrier repair
A soothing anti-inflammatory gel and broad-spectrum SPF 50+ are applied to protect treated micro-channels.
03Aftercare
- Apply broad-spectrum SPF 50+ daily to protect regenerating skin.
- Keep skin intensely hydrated with a gentle, dermatologist-recommended barrier repair cream.
- Allow tiny micro-bumps to settle naturally over 24 to 48 hours; do not rub or massage treated zones.
- Pause active retinoids, AHA/BHA chemical exfoliants, and physical scrubs for 5 days.
- Avoid direct sun exposure, saunas, steam rooms, and intense thermal workouts for 48 hours.
Following the aftercare is part of the treatment. The outcome depends on it as much as on the sittings themselves.
